NEO Leaders was founded in 2005 in Beirut, Lebanon, with a vision to serve the Near East through discipleship, leadership development, and practical faith in partnership with local churches and ministries. Over the years, God expanded the ministry beyond the Near East into more than 20 countries across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, using disciple-making movements and Discovery Bible Studies to transform lives and communities. Today, NEO Leaders works with hundreds of full-time staff, thousands of volunteers, and local church partners to share the Gospel and serve vulnerable communities from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. At the heart of NEO Leaders is a commitment to the Word of God, the local church, and holistic ministry that reflects the love and redemption of Jesus Christ.
